We had an amazing day shooting the photographs that will become part of our charity calendar raising money for the amazing Headland Unit part of Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity!
Our photographer Thomas Hare Photography was incredible. He made us all feel so comfortable right from the off, and had great ideas as to how to protect our modesty as we employed props such as scones, watering cans, knitting and even golf clubs to maintain our decorum! He is also very kindly giving his time for free to support our charity calendar 🌻
It gave us a great insight into the women of the Rylstone and District Women’s Institute and how they must have felt when they embarked on their epic fundraising journey, the inspirational story of which we will be telling in Calendar Girls: The Musical at The Ritz. It was such an incredible day, that we won't forget in a long time, and such a great bonding experience for the cast.
