On Stage
We're always looking for new performers to take to the stage. Whether you're an experienced performer or have never set foot in a rehearsal room, there's a place for you. We put on everything from classic musicals like The Sound of Music to modern hits like Nine to Five. Our company is full of talented singers, actors, and dancers, and we love welcoming new faces to our cast.
You'll get the chance to:
Perform in a variety of shows, from musicals to plays.
Work with an experienced director and production team.
Be part of our centenary celebration at the iconic Minack Theatre in 2027.
Behind the Scenes
A show simply can't happen without our incredible backstage crew. If you're a team player who loves solving problems and getting things done, this is for you. We need dedicated people for everything from stage management and lighting to set building and costumes. There are so many ways to contribute and learn new skills, and you'll be a vital part of every production.
Our backstage roles include:
Stage Management: Keep the show running smoothly during performances.
Lighting and Sound: Create the atmosphere and make sure every line is heard.
Set Design and Building: Bring the world of the show to life.
Props and Costumes: Find or create all the finishing touches.
How to Join
We welcome anyone aged 15 and up. We hold auditions for our main productions, but we also have lots of other events and concerts throughout the year that don't require an audition.
